The universe of artificial intelligence tools for image generation continues to grow, and I have recently been testing different options to assess its potential in design, visual content and quick prototyping environments. Today I want to share my experience using the platform DeepAI, in particular its model of image generation from text.
The objective was clear: to test how this IA behaves with a detailed and naturalistic description, and to compare the results between two key configurations: Speed and Quality.
Description used: a visual and technical approach
To keep the test under control, I used the same description in both cases. This was the complete instruction I entered in Spanish:
A small field mouse is placed on a branch covered with green ivy leaves. The mouse has light brown fur on the back and white on the bottom of the body, with large rounded ears and bright dark eyes. Its mustaches are long and fine, and one of its front ducks is raised, which gives it a curious and attentive air. The scene is naturally illuminated, with a smooth background of beige and golden tones that highlights the animal in the foreground.
This type of description is designed to assess the level of semantic understanding, visual interpretation and technical execution that the tool can offer, even when working in Spanish.
First result: Speed mode
I initially chose the option. Speed, aimed at achieving rapid results. And the truth is, it was amazing: in less than two seconds The IA generated a very well-determined image, with a high level of detail and consistent composition.
The main thing was:
- The good management of natural colors and lighting.
- The well-applied approach and misapproach to generate a convincing foreground.
- The mouse's gesture and its expression, consistent with the intention of the text.

Second result: Quality mode
The second test was performed with the same description, but by selecting the option Quality instead of Speed. As expected, the processing time was longer, but not excessive, and the result significantly increased the quality of the render.
Compared to the above image, we can see:
- Better definition in the fur and eyes.
- More depth in the scene thanks to the treatment of lights and shadows.
- A finer level of detail in the plant environment.

Limitations of the free version
It should be mentioned that other features offered on the platform such as video generation, voice or music are available only in the premium version, so I could not include them in this first test.
Even so, the tool seemed especially useful to me to generate rapid visual references, initial prototypes, concepts for illustration, or simply for creative exploration in early stages of a visual project.
Is Deep Ai worth it?
DeepAI offers a very effective and fast solution for image generation from text. The result was particularly good considering that I used the system completely free of charge, and writing the prompts in Spanish, something that on other platforms often limits the final quality.
The comparison between Speed and Quality modes also makes it clear that, depending on the use, you can choose by speed or detail without fully compromising the result.
In short, a recommended tool for those who work in visual design, creativity or content, and we need to speed up processes or generate visual ideas without starting from scratch.
