I have compiled the best cultural proposals in Barcelona and surroundings so you can inspire yourself, enjoy art and reconnect with your creativity in all its forms. From illustration to industrial design, through interior, photography or emerging art, this agenda is designed for curious minds and design lovers.

Illustration, drawing and contemporary art

Here I have gathered ideal activities for those who enjoy drawing, painting or art from a contemporary and participatory perspective. Outdoor workshops, model sessions, collective painting or festivals with emerging artists are just some of the proposals.

Urban Sketching - Pere Pruna Civic Center

18 October 2025 A free meeting to go out to draw the city in group, with a brief introduction to drawing, perspective and color. Ideal if you are starting or just want to reconnect with the pleasure of drawing on the street.

Drawing to the fresh - La Clandesta de Poblenou

Every Wednesday of July and August of 2025, from 18: 30 to 21: 30 An outdoor summer workshop designed to learn basic drawing techniques and relax in a natural environment. Ideal for all levels. It includes materials and you can sign up for loose sessions or all month.

Life Drawing - Eros Art Space (Poblenou)

Multiple dates in July and August Live design sessions, accompanied by a teacher who guides the attendees. They last 90 minutes and are open at all levels.

Arts & Crafts: Paint & Yep - The Social Hub Poblenou

5 August 2025, from 18: 00 to 20: 00 A creative and distended plan to paint with a glass of wine, ideal for letting go and sharing with other attendees in an informal environment.

Spin Arts - Be Part of the Art

27 September 2025, from 19: 00 to 23: 00 An art and music experience on the 24th terrace of Torre Diagonal Zero Zero. Contemporary art, live music and unique views.

Chris Ware. Drawing is thinking - CCCB

Until 8 September 2025 An essential exhibition for comic and visual narrative lovers. Includes originals, animations and a collaborative installation inspired by «Building Stories».

Art Nou - Emerging Art in Barcelona and L'Hospitalet

Until 5 September 2025 The festival brings together exhibitions, performances, guided tours and activities with more than 60 young artists in multiple spaces in both cities. Ideal for discovering new voices of contemporary art.

Contemporary art exhibition with Laca China - EAST WEST SPACE

From 6 June to 30 August 2025 Five Asian artists present their contemporary vision of this sophisticated oriental technique. Free admission with reservation.

July 22, 2025, from 19: 00 to 21: 00 (Raima, Gothic Quarter) A workshop to unlock your creativity with 10 practices guided by the mentor Barbara Duhau. Ideal to reconnect with your artistic part.

How to design a revolution - Programme of activities

From 1 July to 14 November 2025 (Disseny Hub, Canòdrom, CCCB) A cycle of talks, films, workshops and debates that reflects on the role of design as a tool for social transformation. It includes topics such as IA, citizen participation, public science and critical culture.

Games for Revolution - Play Governance Workshop

Every Thursday of July (3, 10, 17, 24 and 31 July, from 17: 00 to 20: 00) Directed to young people who coordinate collective spaces. It uses the game as a means to imagine urban solutions. Free admission with prior registration.

Design within the limits - UX for Change

July 11, 2025 (online event) A talk for UX designers who seek to think beyond the digital product, integrating ecological and social criteria. Ideal for rethinking the design from a more ethical and regenerative perspective.
